Land
Gently undulating topography with rolling hills and areas of flats, soils are predominately grey loams over clay. The property features some scattered redgums, and areas of scattered native vegetation towards the top of the hills and backing onto the Landsborough Conservation Reserve, there is also a 40-hectare Radiata Pine Plantation (approx 25 years old and nearing full maturity). Balance of the property has been utilised for sheep grazing.
