'Ellangowan' Historic Downs Property

COUNTRY:
Ellangowan runs from soft alluvial Thanes Creek flats to slightly elevated grazing country, approx. 30ha of black soil flats suitable for cultivation. Lot 10 is all cleared planted to improved pastures with clay loam, this block also has a large natural lagoon.
