Well located just 7 km South of Naracoorte.
Property Structure
The property comprises a majority of grey and black heavy clay loams over limestone being naturally fertile and productive.
The land is well suited to fodder conservation and intensive grazing throughout spring, summer and autumn. The property was sown to rye grass and clover in 2020 which was utilised for hay production.
Stock Water
Stock water is supplied by way of 1 240 VLT pressure pump and a new solar pump drawing from the shallow water table supplying poly tanks which in turn supply 1 trough in each paddock.
Fencing
The majority of the boundary fencing is near new while the construction comprise mainly cyclone, barb and pine posts.
Improvements
An equipped 2 stand woolshed crutching shed is situated on the property with steel and mesh sheep yards and adjustable loading ramp.
Fertiliser
The property receives 100 kg M.A.P. per hectare per annum along with urea as requested.
The whole of the property has received gypsum at the rate of 2.5 tonne per hectare over the past 2 years. Approximately 15 hectares has been reefinatored.
Neddrie offers excellent late season grazing and or hay production along with seasonal cropping and drought proofing.
