    Just 40 minutes from Port Macquarie or Wauchope. 186 Acres (72.44 ha, approximately 50 acres cleared and arable the balance native trees with some Sub Tropical Raine forest) with a convivial, and comfortable 3/4 Bedroom Homestead and a 1 bedroom Caretakers Cottage.

    The infrastructure on the property is composed of two compounds. One contains the Homestead and gardens with a 5 bay style shed for cars and implements.     The property is water secure. The Kogo Creek runs through the property inside the Eastern boundary. For context, the 3 water tanks handy to the caretaker's residence and the former rabbit breeding sheds, were previously supplied water from a pipe line from the Licensed Bore and solar Array. As previously explained, that has been decommissioned after the Rabbit business ceased because it was no longer needed. It could however, easily be repurposed, if a business venture required large volumes of water.

    In addition the property has timber cattle yards that need very modest renovation to utilize, if one wanted to run cattle. Fencing is average rural and would need attention if live stock was to be introduced.

    Our Vendors purchased this property 32 years ago and they love it. They are only leaving because age and health issues demand it is time.
