LOCATED: Located approx. 55 km south of Oberon - mostly sealed with the last 14 km gravel road. Certainly out of the way', being surrounded on 3 sides by Blue Mountains National Park. Very Bathurst being all sealed road with a further 1 km gravel access road. Approx. 3½ hours' drive to Sydney.

COUNTRY: Most of the land is steep, rugged, and wild and has never been cleared - a beautiful backdrop but not suited to any agricultural pursuit. A reliable creek meanders through the block and an area of approx 50 acres along the creek has been cleared and no doubt used for grazing at some stage in the past. There are no fences and so only native and feral animals would be grazing now. There are tracks both into and out of the valley, but it is quite steep in places and is a genuine 4WD access. Altitude ranges from high points around 1150m down to around 900m on the valley floor - making the valley quite protected.

Consists of 2 lock-up containers with cooking/bathroom areas - one container set up for accommodation & the other for storage. A wire cable flying fox', approx 200m long has been set up near the camp for added entertainment.

ACCESS: The final access to the property is by well-maintained fire trails, of which two run through the land. Access to the creek area is restricted and protected by locked gates.

AREA: Approx 341 hectares (843 acres)

REMARKS: Out of the way, wild and rugged with no services other than 4WD access a real weekend escape/playground/quiet retreat in the Australian wilderness.
