The Territory Manor is a very comprehensive resort in Mataranka, in the Northern Territory.
The resort comprises 26 air conditioned motel units, 50 powered caravan sites, ensuite caravan sites, and unlimited camping sites.
There is a large alfresco licensed restaurant and bar. There is a large fully equipped camp kitchen and a swimming pool and spa. The property also has a billabong stocked with barramundi. The owners provide a barramundi feeding show twice daily and this brings large numbers of guests to the property.

The Territory Manor Motel & Caravan Park is lush sub-tropical oasis with beautiful gardens and trees situated on Martin Road Mataranka in the Northern Territory. Mataranka is strategically positioned on Stuart Hwy 4 hours south of Darwin and 1 Hour South of Katherine. All traffic travelling to Darwin from the South or Eastern States must pass
through Mataranka giving it a large and ever increasing exposure to potential customers. The motel was built almost 35 years ago on the site of the PJ Wildlife Park. In 1987 the Caravan Park was added to the business.
The Business is located just of the Stuart Hwy road on Martin Road which leads to the Bitter Springs this along with the Rainbow Springs Thermal Pools are the main Tourist Attractions in the town. Nearby is Elsey National Park and interesting sites in relation to Matarankas involvement in World War II and Jeanie Gunns Novel We of the Never Never.
