This property is situated 35 km north of Cowell off the Kimba/Cowell road, named 'Sheoak Hill' on 2341 hectares (5782 acres), is truly a Nature Lovers Paradise. With around 170 varieties of plants species with the most incredible wildflowers growing in their natural habit. Approximately 2024 hectares (5,000 acres) is under Heritage Agreement. The remainder at the northern end is available for agriculture farming, used for livestock and cropping purposes. Soil is of undulating white sand dunes, a mosaic of typical multi-stemmed mallees shade broom bush, dwarf oak, broom, green tea-tree and fringed myrtle. Most of the hilltops contain white quartz, which would be suitable for crushing and used on graves. Iron Pyrites is also very common.
In the spring, the property is coloured with flowering shrubs and wildflowers. Wildlife is also abundant in this area, namely Kangaroos, Emus and Mallee fowls, which tend to breed in the mature scrub areas. Section 14 has had no clearing. There are two dams on the property, one in good condition. The only improvement is a reasonable size shed, has no power, dirt floor and is enclosed on the southern side.
