Comprising approximately 4,448* hectares, the Portfolio is highly developed to irrigation and benefited by substantial water entitlements.

First class irrigation with 2,151* hectares developed to centre pivot/linear irrigation, 447* hectares developed to hard hose traveller irrigation with the balance comprising dryland cropping and grazing/support.
