'Bombah' is located some 50km from Tottenham and 190km from Dubbo.
Run primarily as a sheep breeding operation with the current management looking to run 2,000 breeding ewes plus fodder cropping.
It is level to gently sloping country being mostly cleared open country with some 5,000 arable acres. Soft red loams are the predominant soil type with the timbers being Kurrajong, Wilga, Pine and Box.
