    Blue ribbon red soil farm in the renown golden triangle area of the dynamic Atherton Tablelands of North Qld and just a few minutes from the thriving township of Atherton.

    Main Irrigation Operation: This property has 300 Megs in Water Licences, supplied by three bores. This is pumped to a 7 Span T & L centre pivot irrigator, which covers 100 acres.
    Two bores, including a new bore (100 - 120M deep and producing 15,000 GPH) are used in tandem, to supply the centre pivot. Both are powered by 30KW pumps.
    There is another bore, which can be used as a back up but does produce less output.
    There is also a hard hose travelling irrigator to cover areas not reached by the centre pivot.

    Fertiliser can be distributed by a Dosatron fertigation system.

    Cropping history under the Irrigation areas include Potatoes, Cane, Fine Cut Rhodes Grass (seed and hay) Corn, Pumpkins, Sweet Potatoes and Peanuts.

    Improvements: Double brick main Home, with three Bedrooms, Office, one Bathroom with Spa Bath, Kitchen, granite benchtops, reverse cycle A/C, Tiled, Tulip Oak timber used in finishing.
