This is motor bike and 4x4 heaven. There are about 4.2 kms of bull dozed tracks and enough hills to test the best riders/drivers.
You can sleep a small army of friends in the “house” shed which is two large rooms, a bathroom and flushing w/c, power, a good kitchen and slow combustion heating.
The second large shed is 7 x 14m with a concrete floor, power, extensive timber shelving, and a mezzanine floor. It has drive through vehicle and pedestrian entry.
Water is about 100,000litres in 6 tanks. Both sheds and all tanks are fitted with bush fire sprinkler systems.
The land is 150 bush acres, with tracks and trails, a couple of small dams, and is located 7kms from the freeway and in the middle of nowhere. The land is not suitable for clearing or livestock. It’s bush, bush, bush.
