The property will be offered in two non-contingent lots, as follows:-
• Lot 1 approximately 77.5 Ha (191.5 acres) for a 3 year term
• Lot 2 approximately 71 Ha (175 acres) for a 1 year term (renewable by negotiation with the Lessor)
Both leases will commence on 21 February 2020.
