Improved rural holding of approximately 109.6 Hectares on the eastern side of the bituminised Milang to Strathalbyn Road with the improved area being accessed off of Windemere Road, approximately three and a half Kilometres north of the Lake Alexandrina Township of Milang
The property has a comfortable three bedroom home with side shedding and older dairy farm improvements.
The holding is irrigated via leased irrigation allocation from Lake Alexandrina which is pumped approximately 2.5Km from the lake to the farm holding dam and then onto two irrigation pivot sites- being of approximately 22 and 26 Hectares in size.
The irrigation water is backed up by an equipped bore with an irrigation licence of approximately 111,660KL, rated at approximately 2800ppm which can be pumped directly on to the pivot sites or pumped into the storage dam to allow for shandying of the water.
