Sorbets are water based and the flavour range is based around the large variety of locally grown Tableland fruit. A total of 30 ice-cream flavours and 13 sorbet flavours form the available range. Each recipe is unique to Emerald Creek Ice-Creamery and has been honed and refined over many years in order to achieve a perfect palate blend. Products also provide gluten-free and lactose free options for customers as well as being allergy aware.

All products are manufactured on the premises, centralising and optimising workflow and equipment. Although initially only selling ice-cream, the business has diversified into other areas including fudges, jams & marmalades, relishes and chutneys, which are also all made on-site!
