Southern Alpine Resort Management Board (the Board) is seeking Expressions of Interests for an outstanding opportunity to develop 2 Frostii Lane (Site 11), Baw Baw Village together with the option to operate the Alpine Hotel. The Alpine Hotel is a business operation providing food, beverage and accommodation.

The Board is offering to lease Site 11, Baw Baw Village on a long-term Crown lease (subject to satisfactory development), with the option of operating the Alpine Hotel on a retail lease. It is envisaged that the successful applicant could operate the two venues in conjunction (subject to approval), providing a savvy operator the opportunity to benefit from the potential complimentary provision of services and associated economies of scale. The proximity of the Hotel, and Site 11 to the Toboggan Park, Magic Carpet, and the Maltese Cross T-Bar provide an outstanding opportunity for development and growth of food and beverage provision together with accommodation.

It is envisaged the existing buildings on Site 11 would be demolished to make way for a new development.
