Ray is a builder by trade and says he doesn't actually remember the sixties (so he was obviously there). The atmosphere is reminiscent of (but not to a fault), the hippie culture of the 60' and early 70's. It is very authentic and brimming with memories. Yes there is plenty to criticize and it is certainly not everyone's cup of tea, but there is so much to appreciate. This is not a blank canvas and the buyer will see projects to complete and things to tidy but in the first instance it offers big accommodation it is warm and convivial, the land is sensational and options abound.
