This 100 acres is all native bush with a cleared track from the road past a dam and down to a level camp site. The road boundary (approx. 250m) is all fenced as well as the first 50 metres or so of the sides, then it is 1.1 1.4 klms to the back.
The property does have a building entitlement and mains power is available from the road.
The shed at the camp has been built from bush poles and corrugated iron but while it looks rough is comfortably set up with 2 wood heaters, window openings that can fold up, and separate rooms.
There is a container which holds the generator providing power to the property. Also the unregistered Subaru runs well but needs a new battery.
