The centre was significantly expanded and refurbished in 2006, and was purchased by Charter Hall in August 2012.

Locatedon a 9.89-hectare site, the centre offers a choice of three supermarkets – Woolworths, Coles and Aldi – plus Kmart and Best & Less stores. There are also more than 80 specialty retailers and an automotive service pad site. As at February 2016, Moving Annual Turnover was $ million and Moving Annual Traffic was 4.9 million. The total trade area contains a population of 68,640 people with 41% working in the primary sector. The main trade area population is projected to increase to 57,218 people by 2016, with 27,016 living in the primary sector.
