This horse training facility provides the opportunity to train and agist your horses in a peaceful environment situated on very large and prominent property. The lease includes a yard with shelter and water to each. There is plenty of availability to bring many horses for additional $60 per horse. Included in the lease is shared use of a 1000m track, outdoor and indoor round yard, horse walker (electricity to be paid on walker separately), wash bays, communal toilet and float parking (please note conditons apply with facilities). Water usage is inclusive in the rent price. An on site manager is available to check on horses once a day for water, but it is up to the tenant to feed, rug and complete a daily check on the horses- no responsibility is taken by the manager for the care of the horses. Only healthy horses permitted on site and proof of regular worming is required. A 12 month agistment lease is offered. No dogs can be brought on site.
