Head east of Brunswick on Beela Road (approx. 15 km) to Lot 11.
On the north boundary of Lot 11 is the Lunenburgh River which feeds into the Brunswick River.
The property was planted to pine and now roughly cleared of stumps. The dam supports the kangaroos through summer.
Easy to drive around with the logging roads and there are residual outcrops of marri, jarrah & wildings.
State forest on the eastern boundary and fencing is non-existent.
