(b) Date for Completion
The Date for Completionâ noted on the Schedule of the Contract for is amended by deleting â42 daysâ and inserting â62 daysâ.
The Successful Bidder must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No.1 at the time of signing the Contract for Sale.
The revised specimen Contract for Sale (attached) replaces the specimen Contract for Sale that was included on the Auction CD.
