The Property is in the Upper Haughton district of the Burdekin region. It is 20*km from the Bruce Highway, 45*km from Ayr and 75* km from Townsville. The land is earmarked for development as a solar farm. However, development is not expected to commence for some time. The owners are seeking to lease the land in the interim. Land area available for lease is approximately 1100 Ha (2718 acres). There are no structural improvements and the land is unfenced. There is one bore. While the land has no frontage to the Haughton River, the north-west corner of the property is 600 metres distant.
