    Country
    Consists of brigalow belah melon hole country making up about 65% of the area, with the balance made up of timbered open grazing with lighter red brown soils running to the north.
    Exceptional grass coverage on the melon hole section, mostly bluegrass with bambatsi, Callide Rhodes, digitaria, Gayndah buffell and creeping bluegrass grass introduced over the years. Water couch is prevalent in the melon holes.
    Darr Creek crosses the property on the southern edges of both blocks, and provides seasonal waterholes.
