This established mixed-use caravan park comprises a total of 65 permanent approved sites; which consists of 65 long-term sites and 7 camp sites. The majority of the sites ( 60 ) are park owned with the mixture of 65 permanent residents made up of 14 cabins, 42 caravan sites, 5 vans and 7 homes.

The facilities are suitable for a park of this nature and they present in fair condition. The park has a secluded entrance to the gated community from the Cadonia Road frontage, between the park's reception and the fringe retail shopping strip (chemist, petrol station and bakery). Once inside the park, there is a clear system of roadways all positioned around a centrally located swimming pool.
Casual sites are adjacent to the rear of the site on the northern boundary, and long term sites are scattered throughout the park with a mixture of cabins and caravan areas.
There is a section of surplus land on the northern boundary which is currently forestation and bushland, but could potentially accommodate additional homes (STCA).
