Established in 1923, Richardson & Wrench Bondi Junction has come a long way since its humble beginnings and has grown through many property cycles to become one of Sydney's leading agents in the Eastern Suburbs.
 
In addition to providing a wide array of industry services such as residential sales and property management, the Company also has specialised divisions in the sales and leasing of commercial, hotel and tourism properties as well as a full valuation department.
 
The Company is headed by four directors, namely Andre Frack, Chris Herbert, Niall Chang and Keiran Speed. With over a century of combined industry experience, each director brings to bear individual qualifications and specialised skills covering all areas of the complex property industry.
 
During our 95 years of trading, the Company has grown substantially and now comprises of 30 staff and occupies in excess of 600 square metres of modern computerised commercial office space. It is the only agency in the Eastern Suburbs, which boasts its own training and auction facilities, and the company has an office in Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach under the one ownership.
 
The Company has establishes a comprehensive list of institutional clientele such as Westfield Holdings, McDonald's Australia, Westpac Banking Corporation, Waverley Council, National Australia Bank, General Pants, State Rail Authority and many more.
 
Richardson & Wrench Bondi Junction has consistently been in the top ten offices in the Richardson & Wrench Real Estate Network. And most recently the office was ranked number 2 in terms of sales turnover.
 
In 2008 Richardson & Wrench Commercial Bondi Junction and Bernard McGrath joined forces to form Richardson & Wrench Commercial Eastern Suburbs.
 
Both entities are delighted with this amalgamation, which saw two of the East’s most established agencies merge their considerable resources, expertise and market insight.
 
The move has benefited their extensive existing client network and put them in a position to even better service new clients.
