Nestled along the coast approx. 1 hour from both Gladstone & Bundaberg is the district of Baffle Creek. Baffle Creek is actually a whopping 120km long river with a tidal reach of 35km and boasts being one of the few pristine waterways in SE Qld. In addition to the above there are another 3 tidal waterways and over 30 km of beautiful unspoilt beaches.

We have a sub tropical climate; winter nights are cool while the days are warm and sunny. Summer temperatures are usually no higher than 31 degrees and humidity rarely exceeds 60%.

Crocodile & box jellyfish free, the area has been a holiday mecca for campers, fishermen and water enthusiasts for many years. Well known for good fishing, crabbing and prawning, the area appeals to those people who are looking for a lifestyle change to escape the hustle and bustle.
