QCR (QLD Commercial & Residential) is a relatively new brand in the real estate market, but our roots go back to 1938 and we have over 100 years collective experience. We are a family business that brings a lot of experience with a fresh new approach.

1. Loyalty. We are fiercely loyal to our property owners and always put their interest first. This means not trying to beat you down in price just so we get a commission, but work hard to achieve the price you want (so long as that aligns with current market conditions). 
2. Honesty. We are straight up with you. We don't nod blindly and agree with everything you say. Sometimes, we will always tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, or what other agents have told you, in order to manipulate you into giving them your business. This might mean we miss out on some business occasionally, but we know most people value this approach so we do okay!
3. High Value Buyers. We have one of the most impressive buyer databases in Australia, with a who's who of HNW individuals. This puts us in the enviable position of rarely needing to spend money for marketing. We simply call our buyers directly and see if they're interested in your property.
