POD Projects Group is a privately owned, Canberra-based company that has specialised in property development and project marketing throughout the Canberra region over the past 25 years.
POD has already successfully delivered nearly 1500 residential and commercial properties throughout Canberra. Currently under construction is our Jade Gungahlin development in the Gungahlin Town Centre. Our most recent development, Ruby Gungahlin (once again located in the Gungahlin Town Centre) was successfully completed earlier this year.
Our future project pipeline looks very exciting after our most recent purchase earlier this year – a 12,000m2 block in a prime location on Anthony Rolfe Avenue in the Gungahlin Town Centre. We also have two other developments in the Molonglo Valley that are in the planning stages – one in Coombs and one in Denman Prospect.
All of our developments have double glazed windows and a high Energy Efficiency Rating. We are proud to engage in sustainable design and building practices through innovation that are environmentally efficient.
