Established in 1967, O’Neil Real Estate remains one of the longest serving real estate agencies in the Perth Metropolitan Area. Over the years it has accumulated enormous amounts of experience and expertise, growing into a large, well reputed, professional real estate agency capable of providing its clients with a superior level of assistance in the sale, purchase, management and leasing of all types of real estate.

This experience and expertise continues to manifest itself in our ongoing success and growth across all aspects of our agency.  Our Sales department continues to perform strongly, regularly being included in the Real Estate Institute of WA’s list of the 30 Highest Selling Agencies in Western Australia, with many of our sales representatives receiving individual awards for sales success.  At the same time, our awarded Asset Management department continues to grow across its Residential, Commercial and Strata Management portfolios, with much of the growth coming via word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients.

We place a strong emphasis on adhering to stringent quality control systems with all staff being trained in their application.  This is supported by regular Professional Development training, membership of the Real Estate Institute and other associated professional bodies and a clear company focus on ensuring that our clients receive the best in service.
