numerous recreational opportunities include hiking, abseiling, rock climbing,
cycling, horse riding and swimming.

Engadine is a burgeoning area with
growth expected to continue, as it was recently voted the fourth most
sought-after suburb in Sydney to buy in. It has a village-like atmosphere with
an excellent selection of dining options, shops and facilities near the train
station. Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Japanese and Italian cuisine is all well
represented. Sporting parks, a leisure centre and a lawn bowls club are on offer
for those that enjoy keeping active. A larger shopping centre - Engadine Central
- accommodates supermarkets, grocery stores and specialty shops, plus the
bustling shopping hub of Sutherland is close at hand.

A number of superb
childcare facilities and schools can be found in Engadine. Some of note include
Engadine Primary, Marton Primary, Engadine West Primary, Engadine High, St John
Bosco Primary and St John Bosco College.

Just 33 kilometres south of
Sydney’s CBD, this idyllic region is easily accessible for anyone commuting by
car, bus or rail.
