At the Living Group we communicate openly with our clients to ascertain what level of involvement they wish to have with their property. We have many clients who want to be involved in each and every repair, tenant selection or anything to do with the property, but also have clients who through experience now leave all decisions to Lisa about all maintenance and repairs, and only get communications on the odd occasion.

Being investors ourselves we understand both sides of the owner and tenant experience and the pressures both time and money based that effect the rental experience. 

With a wealth of experience Lisa understands the ACT more intimately than most senior managers, through appearing at “The Residential Tenancy Tribunal” on numerous occasions over the years, Lisa is a guiding force for all matters for her clients.
