Kho& Lee Property Group was established in 2004, bringing them to their

currentstreet address of Harwood Street, Pyrmont. The agency began with

justtwo experienced agents at the helm, including multi-award winning,

“People’sAgent of Choice”, Patricia Kho.

In thespace of a few years, the agency established itself as one of Sydney’s premierreal estate firms, offering tailored and strategic property services, cuttingedge marketing and transparent advice.

In2006, Co-Director, Tom Lee, joined the agency after an extensive career as oneof Australand’s most senior property consultants. His knowledge and expertisebrought a wealth of experience to the agency’s property management team. Then,between 2008 and 2009, the agency, which had formally been known as Elders RealEstate Pyrmont, became an independent boutique agency under the leadership ofPatricia Kho and Tom Lee. This new agency was aptly named the Kho & LeeProperty Group and strived to build on the ‘customer-first’ mantra that hadbeen the foundation of the original firm.

Today,Kho & Lee Property Group is synonymous with dedication, innovation andcommunication; and the boutique agency has grown to become one of the pillarsof the Pyrmont, Ultimo and wider-Sydney community. The agency now supports over15 experienced and qualified property consultants, equipped with the latesttechnology and marketing techniques, and who consistently set the benchmark forresults in the region.
