The main entrance, under a medium sized canopy, is on the eastern side of the building and provides access to a medium sized lobby / atrium and reception desk with a horse shoe shaped staircase providing access to the upper level.
The entrance on the eastern side of the building mirrors that of the main entrance with the exception of reception desk and canopy.
The lobby also provides access to the office accommodation on the ground floor which comprises a mixture of partitioned offices and open plan workstations, boardroom, training room, two tea preparation / kitchenette areas, two lunch rooms, server room and plant room.
Male and female amenities form part of the service core and are located on the ground floor and upper level. The upper level comprises predominantly open plan work stations, meeting rooms and kitchenette facilities.

Access to the car parking area is via a crossover from Sarich Way directly to the subject’s carpark and there is also a crossover from Brody Hall Drive which accesses the adjoining properties car park and the subject’s.
The property is located on the southern side of Sarich Way, with a small 21.44 metre frontage to the eastern side of Brody Hall Drive and is opposite the intersection of Sarich Way and Parker Place in Bentley’s Technology Park. Bentley is approximately 6 kilometres south of the Perth Central Business District.

The Technology Park is accessed by two arterial roads for the locality in Kent Street and Hayman Road. Kent Street links with Albany Highway at its north eastern most extension and Manning Road at its southern most extension. Hayman Road connects to South Terrace and Douglas Avenue at its northern most extension and connects into Lawson Street and its
southern most extension which in turn connects to Manning Road.
These roads provide direct and convenient access to Perth’s major road network, freeway system and CBD. The Technology Park is directly north of Curtin University and accordingly there are numerous bus services along Hayman Road and Kent Street providing direct services to the CBD and Canning Highway Train Station.
