    Ravenhoe is in the Mannus Valley 13km south of the Tumbarumba township and approximately 30km north east of Jingellic. There is frontage to the sealed Jingellic road on the western boundary and Walteela Road on the southern boundary. The property is located 60km south east of the junction of the Tumbarumba road and Hume Highway and 110km south east of the regional city of Wagga Wagga.

    The holding comprises approximately 115 hectares or 284 acres on one title in the Snowy Valleys Council area.

    Ravenhoe is securely watered with double frontage to the permanent Stony Creek and has double frontage to the Munderoo Creek on the northern boundary, 10 dams, some are spring fed.
