JLL on behalf of The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) are undertaking an Expressions of Interest (EOI) campaign and invites interest from suitably qualified and highly experienced operators to offer Physiotherapy and Hospitality services within APH (Australian Parliament House).
These services will be provided within the private area of APH and will service APH passholders and approved visitors. APH is a permanent workplace for approximately 1,500 people. Roughly 3,500 passholders frequent the building on sitting days with an additional 1,000 visitors that are not passholders and peaking at around 9,500 people in the building during Budget week (the busiest period of the year).
As the focal point of the capital city, and home to Australia's Parliament, it is the meeting place of the nation. This iconic building, located on a 32-hectare site on Capital Hill has a diverse range of functions, allowing it to operate like a small city. Typically welcoming over 740,000 visitors each year, including some 140,000 school children and more than 550 events.
