Situated 25 km north of Ungarie and 25km east of Tullibigeal, 'North Myee' and 'Bizi Acres' are two highly productive cropping properties consisting of predominately red loam soils with some heavier clay soils on 'Bizi Acres'.

Rainfall: Ungarie average rainfall 446.7 mm

Soils: Soils on 'North Myee' are strong red loam. Soils on 'Bizi Acres' are predominately red loam with some heavier clay soils.

Water: Well watered by 6 dams on 'North Myee' and 4 dams on 'Bizi Acres'. Also 20,000 litre tank watering 3 troughs plumbed into the pipeline water on 'Bizi Acres' from the South Gipps Water Scheme. There is a 100,000 litre storage tank on 'Bizi Acres' connected to the scheme ensuring enough spray water throughout the year. 'North Myee' & 'Bizi Acres' additionally have 40,000 litres of rain water off sheds and houses. There is the potential to put a large rain water storage tank off the large machinery shed on eNorth Myee'.

'North Myee'

1,176 ha (2,905 acres) of land in total of which approximately 1,075 ha (2,655 acres) is considered arable for cropping. The remainder is made up of designated livestock grazing areas, dams, drains and catchments, natural vegetation for shade and shelter, sheds, living quarters and roads.
