Kotzur silos consisting of four 1,900* tonne on-ground silos, four 600* tonne elevated silos and a 1,000* tonne over-rail garner bin with 500* tonne per hour outloading capacity.

30* tonne drive-over pit with 400* tonne per hour grain intake system featuring contamination removal facility, allowing isolation of contaminated grain.

Bulk handling equipment built by Downfields Engineering (now operating under the Kotzur brand); featuring self-cleaning elevators and drag chain conveyors designed to prevent grain accumulation within the system.

20* tonne per hour, automated grain dryer (currently not in operation)

Weighbridge, sample stand, control room and office complex, kitchen, lunchroom and amenities block.

Agris grain management software installed enabling the trouble-free logistical management of the Facility.

Positioned within one of the most prolific grain production regions of New South Wales in a prime location for ease of access, also opening opportunities for co-operatives to reap the benefits of low freight cost directly to Newcastle Port.
