    Lot 114 on SP152306 is positioned on the eastern side of the Koombooloomba National Park ranges and is the largest of the offerings, comprising 629.55Ha* in area. The property is separated into 8 parcels spanning along the border of the national park. Multiple watercourses traverse the property from the ridges of the National Park. The watercourses flow through into Davidson Creek and other minor waterways below the subject property. Access to the northern sections of the property is via Ranch Road. The southern parcels of land are positioned on the southern road ends of Ranch Road and South Davidson Road. Both roads are unsealed and pass through several of the neighbouring agricultural properties. $400,000.
