Situation
Little Ben, Big Ben and Ben View are located approximately 35-40km northwest of Glen Innes via the sealed Emmaville road.
Description
The topography ranges from creek and river flats, through to gently undulating and granite hilly grazing country. The soils are productive blue granite styles where the quality of the country is demonstrated through the size and type of trees throughout the properties - the timber being predominately apple and yellow box, considered to show the quality and sweetness of the country. Whilst not regularly cultivated, there is approximately 500-550 hectares - covering 27 paddocks - which could be considered arable or partly arable.
The land area is subdivided into approximately 54 main paddocks: Big Ben with 19; Little Ben with 20 and Ben View with 15. All internal fencing is in good stockproof condition, as is the boundary fencing.
