CANE FARM - 56.15ha (138 acres) with 48.62ha (120 acres) cultivated on river loam soils, excellent for growing vegetables crops or cane. The farm normally cuts between 4500-5000t of cane each year. The river allocation of 375ML is pumped from 3 electric pumps- a 4/5 Grundfos with a spear in the sand; a 4/5 Grundfos open water centrifugal pump and a 4/5 Kelly and Lewis open water centrifugal pump. Supply is delivered along 250m of fibro underground pipe for part with the majority via 4 concrete risers to fluming along the bank of the river.
Machinery included is Fiat 1000 4wd tractor, Fiat 750 tractor, TLC rotary hoe, 4 row spray boom, grubber, fertilizer box, disc harrow, cutaway bar, strawberry harrow, landplane, rake, mark out bar and mulch incorporator.

MANGO FARM 59.412ha (146 acres) with 7500 mature trees being approximately 2000 Kensington Pride and 5500 R2E2 varieties. All the trees are in full production and maintained accordingly producing in excess of 50,000 trays plus supply for juice.
The 150ML irrigation supply comes from a 42mm Southern Cross high pressure open water pump from the river to the shed and a 62mm pump from the shed along 100mm PVC mains to the poly sprays under each tree. There is also supply from the lagoon on farm.
Also included is an old 3 bedroom highset house with bathrooms upstairs and down and kitchen in good condition. A large 42m x 14m steel machinery and packing shed with 2 cold rooms- a 6-8 pallet gassing room and a 20-30 pallet holding room plus a smaller steel machinery shed.
