    The property for sale "Swansbeach@Freycinet" is at Coles Bay, which is the gateway to the Freycinet Peninsula and world famous Wineglass Bay. Freycinet is by far the most visited National Park in Tasmania, with tourist numbers increasing by more than 9% per year, and property values tipped to rise accordingly.

    This is not just any location. The view of Wineglass Bay from the top of Mt Amos is the most iconic image of Tasmania.     The Freycinet Peninsula is uniquely photogenic. This location enjoys more sunny days than any other part of Tasmania.
