My Sister and I and our families purchase this property when I turned 40 years of age and have used it as a weekender for the past 17 years. We have had the pleasure of living on the Gold Coast and will very much miss the enjoyment this property has given to both of our families over this time as our kids have grown up. It has very much served its purpose and been a great experience for us and our kids. We are sure the next owner will enjoy the same.
The property has a 6m X 9m Colour bond farm shed and an original old farm outbuilding with a timber yard ideal for a horse set up or to shelter other animals or additional storage if required. The property consists mostly of open pasture grazing which has run 20 to 25 Breeder cattle in the past. It has a nice scattering of Hardwood timber over the land and some scrub trees near the creek. There is also 2 nice spring fed dams.
This property is located 1 hour easy scenic drive from the Gold coast/Northern River beaches and all the facilities they have to offer (like international airports) and 1.25 hour drive to Byron Bay. It is also only a short distance of approximately 7 km to local shops and hotel/restaurants.
