Colliers International Healthcare & Retirement Transaction Services are exclusively engaged to offer part of the Master Planned Site within Doomben Racecourse known as Precinct 9, a Master Planned aged care site with retirement opportunity, on behalf of the Brisbane Racing Club (BRC).

The successful developer/operator will co-ordinate the project with no operating risk to the BRC. The BRC will consider multiple EOI’s from interested parties.

• Potential benefit from significant residential and retail facilities that are proposed to be developed as per the Brisbane Racing Club Master Plan;
• Located in the affluent suburb of Ascot, Brisbane;
• Five storey height limit under the current master plan; and
• Potential benefit from Brisbane City Council’s incentives for this development type.
The successful developer/operator will have the opportunity to secure an agreement with BRC on a long-term lease arrangement.
‘The ultimate goal for BRC is to secure ‘long-term, non-racing related revenue streams to benefit the BRC.’
The proposed super lot (approximately 1.6 hectares in size) is located on the south-eastern corner of the Doomben Racecourse and on the northern side of Hampden Street within the suburb of Ascot. Ascot is situated approximately seven kilometers north-east of the Brisbane CBD.
