    It's a unique property with a variety of habitats and the western boundary abuts World Heritage Rainforest.
    The property is a successful organic banana farm being certified in 1988 that's now been wound down to a hobby farm with an established banana crop and a vast number of established exotic fruit trees which are sold to local markets.

This area was originally contoured but with improved soil and mown drains, any run off is clear, even in very heavy rain.

    The western area is 5 Ha of easterly sloping brown loam. There is permanent water on the western edge. The area sits on an artesian basin and also has underground streams.

    This farm has rarely needed irrigation as the natural climate and good soil helps maintain the water table at acceptable levels, except in extreme cases.

    Much of the farm is now fallow but has been mowed or disced to maintain fertility. The property is renowned for its sweet tasting produce and produces arguably the most flavorsome bananas in Australia.

    It has the potential to become a model organic farm and easily meets agricultural biodiversity criteria having been managed as organic since 1986.

    The farm is suitable for growing a wide variety of tropical fruits.
