Minko North is currently operated as a dryland dairy operation milking 315 cows utilising a compost barn system with 50-bale rotary dairy platform. The property has an EPA Licence for 950 cows in-milk.

The property is conveniently located 45 kilometres (approx.) north of Adelaide via Port Wakefield Road and only five kilometres (approx.) north of Two Wells in the area of Korunye. The property is bordered by the Mallala Road to its west, Simpkin Road to its south and is dissected by Harvey Road running north-south.

Comprising a total land area of 109.03 hectares on four titles, the dairy operation is situated in the north east corner of 'Parcel 2', with the land dedicated to the dairy operation and associated activities covering around 10 hectares (approx.).

The remainder of the land is quality farming land that supports the dairy operation with both grazing and fodder production.

Parcel's 1 and 4 comprise vacant land only and are of 35.4 hectares and 35.32 hectares respectively.
