Predominantly gently undulating heavy carrying sweet Mitchell and Flinders Downs country, interspersed with the Nesbitt, Corella and Bauhinia Creek systems running through the property. The Downs country is lightly shaded with Whitewood and Vinetree including Bauhinia and Coolabah along the creek systems. Thordale is well grassed on the Downs country with sweet Mitchell and Flinders grasses after recently experiencing over 250 millimetres of rainfall, currently there is a body of summer herbages of button grass, pig weed, carrot and lambs tongue, indigo and cow vine. Very small amount of Prickle Acacia, these areas have been pelleted. Thordale is lightly stocked and the pasture at present is very nutritious. Fenced into two main paddocks. Set of portable steel cattle yards includes a Beef King Pro Choice Crush, Loading Ramp, Morrissey Calf Branding Cradle and race and a 5-way draft. Yard capacity holds around 500 head of adult cattle, laneway into the yards. Water connected to the yards. Securely watered by 2 bores (both with submersible pumps to tanks and turkey nests) and 5 dams, Dams have been cleaned out and range in size from 3,000 yards to 20,000 yards, all have filled with recent rainfall.
