Colliers International Cairns, on instruction from SIRA Pty Ltd offers For Sale by Expression of Interest, plant and associated equipment from a North Queensland food grade bagging operation due to closure of the business.
Assets comprise:
• Newline 25kg Bagging line with Robotic Bag Palletiser
• Kockums 1Tonne Bagging line
• Assorted associated ancillary assets
The bagging lines last commercially operated September to December 2016, at which time the seller confirms the plant was certified by the local (Douglas Shire) Council to meet health and working requirements and all systems were fully operational.
Expressions of interest are sought for the purchase of the company assets on an as-is, where-is, walk-in walk-out basis for dismantling and removal.
Any interest in continuing the operation in its current location would require separate agreement with the property landlord. Enquiries in that regard will need to be made through the marketing agents.
