Commercial Real Estate’s Find an Agent section now allows users to search for agents, agencies, business brokers and brokerages, with results based on the location and volume of listings – making it simpler for relevant specialists to connect with potential leads.
This enhanced function expands the visibility of agents and agencies in search, with a ranking order that prioritises profiles based on listing volume, aiming for a more intuitive user experience and fairer representation.
Essentially, improving how profiles are discovered means agents and brokers can be recognised for their results and rewarded for keeping their profile pages up to date.
Benefits include better visibility through SEO, which is helpful for branding and expert positioning in the market, as well as the chance to get more high-quality leads.
As part of the update, listing performance data has been extended to 24 months to provide a more comprehensive view of volume and results across longer transaction cycles.
The search will also reflect if agents were primary or secondary on a listing, to ensure that their contributions are accurately displayed.
