Belle Property Australasia has launched a commercial real estate arm with two new franchises in Sydney’s CBD and inner west.
Retail property expert Michael Hanscomb, son of Belle Property Australasia chief executive Peter Hanscomb, will head up the overall commercial agency business.
Michael Hanscomb is formerly of Knight Frank where he headed up the national retail leasing team.
“We have plans in place to expand all across Australia. Long term, it is our ambition to create the premier commercial agency in all the specialised commercial business lines within Australia,” he said.
“We have a premium brand and franchise structure and we’re confident that will enable us to attract the top performers.”
Belle’s new commercial arm will see Rocco Tripodi spearhead a new inner-west branch after running Belle Property Newtown in Sydney’s inner west for the past five years.
Belle has also appointed Andrew Vines to lead the Sydney CBD private clients operation.
Fluent in Mandarin after two years working in Hong Kong and Beijing with CBRE, Mr Vines was a market leader in strata sales in Sydney.
