Our dedicated in-house marketing team supports our franchise partners with: Multi Channel National Campaigns, promotion and activation of all major sporting events including: Superbowl, NBA Finals, Grand - Final Weekend & The Melbourne Cup, menu design and production (4 menus per year), continuous product development and refinement, development and implementation of Loyalty Club (150,000 members), Local Club sponsorship program, Local Area Marketing planning, guidance and production.
Franchise partners receive extensive, practical and ongoing training including: A 6-week franchise partner training program prior to venue takeover, development and implementation of training programs for all key staff, scheduled ongoing training visits covering new products, services and systems for both front and back of house teams, access to our comprehensive online training portal that provides detailed video modules for induction and training of all staff across the business.

Our franchise model is designed to keep our franchise partners focused on what matters most - the customer! Along with support in Marketing and Training our franchise partners receive support with:
Development - Our internal development team delivers a turn-key venue operation including: site selection, lease negotiation, liquor licencing, venue design, development & building approvals, construction & contractor tender, landlord & health approvals and project management.
Operations - On call 24/7 a dedicated Business Development Manager assists with: recruitment, team structure, governance, stock management, rostering, stocktakes, regulation & compliance, financial analysis, security & amenity, customer service and feedback.
Finance - A centralised accounts team performs: accounts payable, payroll execution, monthly reporting, supplier procurement and BAS preparation, significantly reducing the administrative burden on our franchise partners.
Originating in 2010 in Geelong, Victoria, The Sporting Globe has steadily grown opening its second and third venues in 2013 and franchising its first venue in Richmond in 2014. Since then an additional 11 venues have opened, including our first Western Australian venue in 2016 and Queensland venue in 2017. Three more venues are underway in 2020 including the brands first location in Sydney, New South Wales!
